The registration is administered by the conference management system EasyChair. 


The registration is open from 1. 9. 2019 – 29. 10. 2019.

Registration Fee

  • 1250 CZK / 55 EUR (the registration fee is free of charge for the active students (both part-time and full-time) of FBE MENDELU)

The registration fee includes: conference attendance, printed version of Book of Abstracts and printed copy of conference programme, organisational costs, lunch and refreshment, social event. 

The accommodation and transport is not included in the registration fee. Participants should make room reservations individually, directly to the selected hostel/hotel. Participants have to arrange visa at their own.

All attending conference participants must pay the registration fee. For each paper, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee. One participant can present maximum 2 papers. In case the paper is multi-authored and more than one author will attend the conference, only one author will register/submit the paper however each attending author has to be marked as "corresponding author" in the submission. Based on this information you will receive instructions for payments. Only onsite participation is possible.  

Payment information

Payment must be done via bank transfer

In order to receive an invoice, you must state this in the registration form. Invoices will be sent via email as a PDF attachment. Originals will be sent only if requested. If the bank transfer is ordered by a natural person, it is not possible to issue an invoice to a company or organisation afterwards.

The invoice will be issued in CZK. 

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation after the registration deadline (29th October 2019) is possible.
